As has become custom on September 11th, the six mainland fire departments in Southold Town joined together at the Firefighters' Memorial in Cochran Park for the placement of a wreath honoring the lives lost on 9/11/01. Similar to past years, the ceremony was organized under the direction of the Southold Town Fire Chiefs Council.
