A re-ignited mulch fire at Southold Town Recycling Center causes a Mutual Aid response (Signal 24) for multiple fire departments to battle the blaze.

Chief David Surozenski, along with 8-4-6 (the tanker truck), driven by Chief Driver Gary Haupt, Protection Engine Capt. Wayde Bennett, ex-Capt. Steve Geehreng and firefighter Jackson Sorell all responded to the call.
