The Southold Fire Department held its annual Installation Dinner at Giorgio's Baiting Hollow on Sunday April 16th. Ty Cochran, David Surozenski and Pindar Damianos were installed as Department Officers 30, 31 and 32 respectively for 2023 by Commissioner William Witzke. Company officers were introduced and speeches made by County Legislator Al Krupski and Town Supervisor Scott Russell. Awards were presented for Firefighter of the Year, Probationary Firefighter of the Year, Chief Driver of the Year and EMT of the Year. A fine dinner was enjoyed by all and dancing capped off the night.
