East Marion, Greenport, Orient and Southold Fire Departments joined forces to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the tragic events of 9/11/2001 by participating in the Tunnel to Towers Run/Walk 5K on Sunday 9/26 2021. Post run/walk festivities included quiet moments at the 9/11 Memorial, a visit to the 10/10 House of NYFD and an interesting time spent finding a seat at the many restaurants with outdoor seating. A great time was had by all.
