During a heavy rainstorm on Monday afternoon (9/18) SFD responded to a Signal 16/23 MVA on Route 25, west of Oaklawn Avenue where a male driver attempting to brake for traffic lost control of his vehicle on the wet pavement and alided with a pedestrian crossing sign and a tree before overturning. The driver refused medical attention while SFD remained on scene to assist Carmine with the clean up activities.
