On Sunday afternoon (9/16), members of the SFD hoisted a flag at Pindar Vineyards in support of bicyclists who participated in a ride from NYC to Peconic to heighten awareness of the many problems faced by veterans of our armed forces and to raise funds in support of the charitable endeavors of FDNY 343 RIDE. The weather was perfect and the appearance of SFD was greatly appreciated by all involved.
