At 0815 hours on 09/14/15, Southold Fire Department was dispatched to a Signal 16/23 MVA Overturn on Route 25 in front of North Fork Animal Hospital. Responding units secured safety of the scene, provided medical treatment to the driver and sale occupant of the overturned vehicle and transport him to ELIH for further treatment. The driver of the other vehicle refused treatment or transportation.
