Tuesday, October 8, was Fire Prevention Day for the SFD. Approximately 15 members turned out at 0800 for presentations at Station 2, Southold Head Start and Southold Elementary School. Class sizes seemed a bit smaller this year, but the students' enthusiasm was undiminished and a good time was had by all. Thanks to all the SFD members who contributed to make the day a success.
